Video Trouble?

There are a number of reasons why you may have trouble loading our videos.  There may be a problem on our end, a problem with our video service (Vimeo) or a problem with your computer.  Check below for a few simple fixes, but if the videos continue to give you problems, shoot us an email at brey (at) cotcboston (dot) org.  Thanks.

•  Turn off HD.  Once the video starts playing, you will see a button in the upper righthand corner of the video that toggles HD on or off.

•  Let the video load completely before playing the video.  After launching, pause the video until the bar at the bottom becomes full.

•  Watch the video on the Vimeo website.  Click on “Mobile Version” below each video link.

•  Switch Browsers.  Safari, Google Chrome or Firefox work best.
